HRT University® Master Course & Courses 

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully and in their entirety before purchasing, accessing, or using any Course(s) offered through HRT University®. HRT University®is a DBA of Nico Misleh NP LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (the “Company”). The following terms apply to your participation in all educational programs, materials, and services provided via HRTU, including but not limited to the HRTU Master Course and all related Courses (hereinafter the “Course(s)”).

 

• DEFINITIONS:

 

“Company”, “We”, “I”, “Our”, or “Us” means Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, HRT University®, the owner and operator of HRT University®.

“HRT University®” or “HRTU” refers to the online platform and educational brand owned by HRT University® through which the Course(s) are offered.

“Participation”, “Participating”, “Using”, or “Use” means accessing, reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Course(s).

“Course/Courses/Pearl” means HRTU Mastercourse, or any individual course offered through HRTU,  including but not limited to the Comprehensive Male TRT Course, Foundational Female HRT Course, Thyroid Replacement Therapy Course, Advanced Female Course, and Adjunct Hormones Course, and Pearl. (You must be a part of the HRTU Membership to access Pearl). 

“You” “User” or “Your” means the purchaser and/or participant accessing or using the Course(s).

 “Pearl”

Pearl is an artificial intelligence–powered educational assistant developed exclusively for HRT University® (HRTU). Pearl is designed to support licensed medical providers enrolled in HRTU courses by offering on-demand guidance, explanations, and summaries related to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), thyroid management, adjunct hormone use, and business operations covered within the HRTU curriculum.

Pearl is trained on HRT University’s® proprietary educational content and current medical literature to assist learners in better understanding course material. Pearl’s function is educational and informational — not diagnostic, prescriptive, or advisory in nature. (You must be a part of the HRTU Membership to access Pearl. 

“Accreditation” 

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by HRT University and Pinnacle Conference, LLC. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

 

• CONSENT:

 

By accessing or participating in any Course(s) offered through HRT University®, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your continued participation in the Course(s) constitutes your voluntary acceptance of these terms and your agreement to comply with them in full.

 

• DISCLAIMER:

By enrolling in or participating in any Course(s) through HRTU, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

HRTU is an educational platform owned and operated by Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and principal of HRT University®. He is not acting as your personal healthcare provider, supervisor, employer, attorney, or clinical mentor in connection with your participation in the Course(s).

The Course(s), including all related materials such as video lessons, written content, downloads, live Q&A sessions, Pearl, and community discussions, are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. They are not intended to serve as medical advice, clinical direction, legal guidance, or professional consultation.

The Course(s) do not constitute individualized treatment plans, patient-specific protocols, or clinical supervision. You are solely responsible for exercising professional judgment, complying with your licensure requirements, and evaluating the applicability of any information presented.

You agree that your use of any information obtained through this Course(s) is undertaken solely at your own discretion and risk, and you accept full responsibility for the care and outcomes of any patients you treat. By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge, agree and provide your express written consent to be added to our email list in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act. This allows us to send you transactional emails related to your purchase (such as receipts, course access, and updates) as well as ongoing marketing and educational content that may be relevant to your interests. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect our ability to send you essential transactional communications related to your purchase.

By continuing to access and engage with the Course(s), you affirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

1. Assumption of the Risk:

By enrolling in or participating in any Course(s) through HRT  University®, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for how you choose to engage with the content provided. You understand that the Course(s) are intended for licensed healthcare professionals and are designed solely for educational purposes. The Course(s) are not a substitute for individualized medical advice, licensure-specific training, or clinical supervision.

You further acknowledge and agree:

• That your use of the Course(s) is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk;
  
  
• That you are solely responsible for determining whether, how, and when to apply any information obtained through the Course(s) to your clinical practice;
  
  
• That you will consult with appropriate medical, legal, or regulatory authorities as needed before implementing any protocols, treatments, or recommendations discussed in the Course(s).

You agree that HRT  University®, Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, and all affiliated contributors, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any decisions you make, or outcomes you experience, as a result of your participation in the Course(s).

By participating in the Course(s), you expressly assume all associated risks, including, but not limited to, risks related to patient care decisions, compliance with professional standards, regulatory oversight, or scope of practice. You acknowledge that your participation in the Course(s) does not create a provider-patient relationship, supervisory relationship, or clinical oversight of any kind.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership:

All Course(s) and related content offered through HRT University® are the sole intellectual property of Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C and HRT University®. This includes, but is not limited to, all video modules, written materials, downloadable guides, templates, slides, transcripts, live session recordings, community posts, course descriptions, marketing materials, Pearl, and any other tangible or intangible assets made available to you as part of your purchase or participation.

By accessing, reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Course(s), you understand and agree that:

• All rights, title, and interest in and to the Course(s) and content are expressly reserved by the Company.
  
  
• Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, professional use only. This license does not permit resale, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Course content, in whole or in part.
  
  
• You may not create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, exploit, or use the Course(s) for commercial purposes outside of your own clinical education.
  
  
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Course content is a violation of these Terms of Use and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property laws.

We will pursue all legal remedies available to us to protect our rights in the event of a breach of this section, including injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys’ fees.

1. No Sharing:

Access to the Course(s) is intended for a single user only. By enrolling in the Course(s), you agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, forward, or otherwise disseminate any part of the Course content—whether paid or unpaid—with any other individual, group, or third party without prior written consent from HRT  University®.

By accessing, reading, implementing, trying, or otherwise engaging in the Course(s), you understand and agree that:

• You may not share your password, login credentials, or course materials with any other person, including but not limited to colleagues, friends, employees, or business partners.
  
  
• Any individual who accesses the Course(s) using your login information will be deemed to be acting with your authorization, and you will be held fully responsible for any violations of these Terms of Use.
  
  
• If we determine that you have shared your login, access credentials, or Course content with an unauthorized user, your access to the Course(s) will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued.
  
  
• We reserve the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available for violations of this section, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

 

1. No Claims Made Regarding Results:

• Suitability of the Course(s) for your specific circumstances or practice setting;
  
  
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

• We do not guarantee that participation in the Course(s) will result in any specific outcome, clinical competency, or business result;

1. Your Release of Us, Indemnification, Hold Harmless:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and forever discharge HRT University®, Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

• Your purchase of, participation in, or use of the Course(s);
  
  
• Your application, or misapplication, of any information, content, or materials provided;
  
  
• Any breach of these Terms of Use by you.

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may result from:

• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or professional standards;
  
  
• Your infringement of any third-party rights;
  
  
• Any claim brought by a third party arising from your conduct, actions, or omissions in connection with your participation in the Course(s).

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of your access to the Course(s).

By enrolling in the Course(s), you affirmatively acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and conduct related to the Course(s);
  
  
• The Company does not and cannot guarantee outcomes, results, or protections against any legal, clinical, or regulatory consequences arising from your participation.

By enrolling, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Refund eligibility applies only to first time purchases of the HRT University® Master Course.
2. Students receive immediate access to Module 1: Intro to HRT. All other modules, downloads, templates, clinical resources, and materials remain locked during the trial period.
3. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request via email to info@nicomislehnp.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

Refunds are granted only if:

No Chargeback:

By purchasing a Course, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card provider, payment processor, or bank for any reason related to the Course(s). You acknowledge that initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms. If you do initiate a chargeback, you agree to pay a $500 administrative fee plus any costs incurred in defending against the chargeback, and we reserve the right to report the incident to credit bureaus and/or collections as a delinquent account and to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of attorneys’ fees.

1. ARBITRATION CLAUSE:

If you have any complaint or should any issue arise in the use of the Course(s), please contact us directly first by emailing us at info@nicomislehnp.com.

However, if we are unable to amicably resolve your dispute in that manner, you agree that you and Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, HRT University® shall submit your dispute to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, before an arbitrator that is mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) rules.

By agreeing to this term, you hereby knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally waive your right to a jury trial in court, which would otherwise be available to you if not for this Arbitration Clause. You also waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Should any arbitration hearing need to be held, it shall be held within 20 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and Ohio law shall govern.

If the arbitrator issues an award and a judgment is made, the judgment will be binding and will be entered in court in the State of Ohio. Your sole and exclusive remedy in connection with any dispute shall be limited to the refund of any amount paid for the Course(s). Under no circumstances may you seek or recover additional damages, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

1. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that HRT University® Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Company Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, property damage, or death;
  
  
• Business interruption or loss of income;
  
  
• Loss of goodwill, data, or business opportunities;
  
  
• Errors, omissions, or delays in the delivery or content of the Course(s);
  
  
• Any application, misapplication, or interpretation of Course content.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action—whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—and applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your participation in the Course(s) is voluntary and at your own risk;

• In no event shall the total liability of the Company Parties exceed the amount you paid for the Course(s).

HRT University® and its officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Company Parties”) shall not be responsible or liable for any damages you may incur, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Course(s), except as prohibited by applicable law. We do not assume liability for damages, injuries, harm, death, misuse of (or failure to properly use) the Course(s) or its content, due to any act, or failure to act, by you. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

1. PAYMENT, PURCHASE, AND PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

General Payment Terms: 

When you pay for the Course(s) by credit card or other payment method, you authorize HRT University® to charge your selected payment method for the amount owed, including any applicable taxes, fees, or charges for the Course(s). When you purchase the Course(s), your information (i.e. credit card and contact info) may be collected by the third-party merchant Stripe, Kajabi Payments, PayPal, KlarnaApple Pay, Google Pay (depending on the payment method you choose at checkout), who may have privacy policies or security practices that are different from ours. HRT University® is not responsible for the merchant’s independent policies or practices.

Klarna Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Klarna is responsible for all billing and collections associated with your installment payments.

International Payment Plan

When you pay for the Master Course via the International Payment Plan by credit card, you authorize and give permission to HRT University® to charge your credit or debit card for the amount owed for payment of the Master Course. When you purchase the Course(s), your information (i.e. credit card and contact info) may be collected by the third-party merchant Stripe through Kajabi, Kajabi payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay (depending on the payment method you choose at checkout), who may have privacy policies or security practices that are different than ours. HRT University® is not responsible for the merchant’s independent policies or practices. 

You hereby authorize and give permission to HRT University® to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account, as payment for the Membership monthly, for which you will receive an electronic receipt, without any additional authorization from you. 

We will not contact you to seek any additional authorization, approval, or permission before charging your card for each monthly charge.

By choosing to purchase the Master Course via the International Payment Plan, you agree and understand that ALL monthly payments are owed in full. There are no exceptions. No refund requests will be granted or accepted. 

You are agreeing that your card will be charged monthly for four consecutive months for the Master Course full payment. 

Failed Payment Plan Payments / Re-charge procedures:

By signing up for the payment plan, your card will automatically be re-charged 30-days apart for your remaining payments. Please plan accordingly.

If your payment-plan payment fails on the 1st attempt:

In the event that your Payment Plan payment is not successfully made on your due date, your credit card will automatically be re-charged after a 1-day grace period to make your payment for the Program.

After 2nd failed payment:

1.   Severability 

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

All other terms shall remain in full force and effect. The failure or unenforceability of any one clause—whether in part or in whole—shall not be construed to limit or impair the effectiveness of the rest of the agreement.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with any applicable purchase agreements or written policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and HRT University® regarding your access to and participation in the Course(s). They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, or agreements—whether oral or written—between you and the Company.

No oral promises, modifications, or interpretations shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

1. Applicable Law + Venue

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any action, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your participation in the Course(s) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clermont County, Ohio. The parties agree that any dispute resolution process, including arbitration if applicable, shall take place in Clermont County, Ohio.

By purchasing and/or participating in the Course(s), you acknowledge and agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.

By purchasing the Membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are providing your express consent to be added to our email list. This allows us to send you transactional emails related to your purchase (such as receipts, Membership access, and updates) as well as ongoing marketing and educational content that may be relevant to your interests. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect our ability to send you essential transactional communications related to your purchase.

1. Assumption of the Risk:

1. Intellectual Property Ownership:

The Membership and its content, including, but not limited to all video modules and written content, downloadable guides, templates, Membership copy, handouts, printable materials, workbooks, video material, transcripts, slides, Pearl, etc., are intellectual property owned by Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, HRT University®.  Any violations of this term, and all terms contained herein, will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. No Sharing:

You cannot distribute, copy, forward, and/or share the Membership or its content with anyone else. Any violations of these Terms of Use will be legally pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may not share your password or login information with anyone. If you share your password or login with anyone who did not purchase the Membership, you will be removed from the Membership immediately and no refund will be issued. 

1. No Claims Made Regarding Results:

Any and all current or past-client testimonials, statements, or examples used by us are simply that: examples. They are not guarantees that you will also experience or receive the same results. Each person and [HIS/HER] circumstances are unique and nothing shall be interpreted as a guarantee that you will experience the same results as another client of ours. 

1. DISCLAIMER – No Warranties, Guarantees, or Representations Are Being Made:

We do not offer any representations, guarantees, or warranties, of any variety, regarding the Membership in any way. The Membership is offered “AS IS” and without representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, neither express nor implied, to the extent permitted by law.  We are not liable for damages of any kind related to your use of the Membership.

1. Your Release of Us, Indemnification, Hold Harmless:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRT University® expressly disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential damages suffered by you related to your purchase or use of, or participation in, the Membership, its materials, our website, or any other information obtained by you from us. By enrolling in the Membership, you hereby agree to this limitation of liability and release HRT University® from any and all claims.

By participating in and/or purchasing the Membership, you agree to release, forgive, forever discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HRT University®, our subsidiaries, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, shareholders, directors, officers, coaches, assignees, licensees, and affiliates from any and all claims, suits, actions, charges, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, and/or costs, related to, or arising out of, your purchase of or participation in the Membership and/or your breach of any obligation, warranty, covenant, or representation set forth in these Terms of Use. 

By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to release us from any and all claims, and further agree to at all times defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HRT University® as stated in this section herein. 

1. Our Refund Policy:

• NO REFUNDS:

We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the downloadable nature of the Membership, refunds will not be issued for the Membership once it is purchased. However, you can cancel your membership at any time. If you have any questions or concerns, or if there is anything we can do to make your experience a more pleasant one, please email us at info@nicomislehnp.com.

• NO CHARGEBACKS:

The Client will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the Company or to the Client’s credit card and/or form of payment (ie, PayPal) for any reason whatsoever related to the Membership). In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves its right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account. 

1.  ARBITRATION CLAUSE:

If you have any complaint or should any issue arise in the use of the Membership, please contact us directly first by emailing us at info@nicomislehnp.com.

However, if we are unable to amicably resolve your dispute in that manner, you agree that you and Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, HRT University® shall submit your dispute to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, before an arbitrator that is mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) rules.

By agreeing to this term, you hereby agree and understand that you’re waiving your right to a jury trial in court, which would otherwise be available to you if not for this Arbitration Clause. Should any arbitration hearing need to be held, it shall be held within 20 miles of Cincinnati, Ohio.

If the arbitrator issues an award and a judgment is made, the judgment will be binding and will be entered in court in the State of Ohio. The only award that can be issued to you is a refund of any payment made to HRT University® for the applicable Membership. You are not permitted to seek additional damages, including consequential or punitive damages.

1. Limitation of Liability:

Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, HRT University® are not responsible or liable in any way for any and all damages you receive directly or indirectly from your participation in the Membership. We do not assume liability for damages, injuries, harm, death, misuse of (or failure to properly use) the Membership) or its content, due to any act, or failure to act, by you. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

 

PAYMENT, PURCHASE, AND PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

 

1. General Payment Terms: 

When you pay for the Membership by credit card, you authorize and give permission to HRT University® to charge your credit or debit card for the amount owed for payment of the Membership. When you purchase the Membership(s), your information (i.e. credit card and contact info) may be collected by the third-party merchant Stripe through Kajabi, Kajabi payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay (depending on the payment method you choose at checkout), who may have privacy policies or security practices that are different than ours. HRT University® is not responsible for the merchant’s independent policies or practices. 

You hereby authorize and give permission to HRT University® to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account, as payment for the Membership monthly, for which you will receive an electronic receipt, without any additional authorization from you. 

We will not contact you to seek any additional authorization, approval, or permission before charging your card for each monthly charge.

By choosing to purchase the Membership, you agree and understand that ALL monthly payments are owed in full. There are no exceptions. No refund requests will be granted or accepted. 

You are agreeing that this IS a subscription service and your card will be charged monthly until cancellation.

Failed Payment Plan Payments / Re-charge procedures:

By signing up for the payment plan, your card will automatically be re-charged 28-days apart for your remaining payments. Please plan accordingly.

If your payment-plan payment fails on the 1st attempt:

In the event that your Payment Plan payment is not successfully made on your due date, your credit card will automatically be re-charged after a 1-day grace period to make your payment for the Program.

If your card was accidentally not updated or available to be processed at the time we attempted the initial charge, you’ll have that 1-day grace period to update your card information with any penalty or losing access to the Program.

After 2nd failed payment:

Your access to the Program will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to access the Program at all until you successfully complete your payment. We will attempt to re-charge your credit card in 3-days.

After 3rd failed payment:

Your access will still be suspended, pending your successful completion of your owed late payment. In 5-days, we’ll attempt to charge your card.

The 3rd attempt is the final attempt to collect your payment before the matter is forwarded to collections. If the 3rd payment fails, you will be permanently removed from the Program and no refund will be given. 

When choosing the payment plan options, you consent to being responsible for ALL payments owed under the Program terms.

1.   Severability 

The provisions of these Terms of Use shall be deemed severable, and the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision hereof. If any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause of these Terms of Use shall be adjudged illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability shall have no effect on the Terms of Use as a whole or on any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause hereof not expressly so adjudged.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use contain the entire agreement between you and the Company. There are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement (oral or written) between you and the Company.

1. Applicable Law + Venue

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. Any action brought by any party arising out of or from these Terms shall be brought within the Ohio, County of Clermont.

By purchasing and/or participating in the Membership, you implicitly signify your agreement to all of the terms in these Terms of Use.

1. Definition

Pearl is an artificial intelligence–powered educational assistant developed exclusively for HRT University® (HRTU). Pearl is designed to support licensed medical providers enrolled in HRTU courses by offering on-demand guidance, explanations, and summaries related to hormone replacement therapy (HRT), thyroid management, adjunct hormone use, and business operations covered within the HRTU curriculum.

Pearl is trained on HRT University’s® proprietary educational content and current medical literature to assist learners in better understanding course material. Pearl’s function is educational and informational — not diagnostic, prescriptive, or advisory in nature.

2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Educational Purpose Only

Pearl’s responses are intended solely for educational use within the context of HRT University’s® learning environment. Information provided by Pearl does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations for individual patients.

No Substitute for Clinical Judgment

• Access: Pearl is available exclusively to active HRT University® students and members through the HRTU learning portal.
• Purpose: Use Pearl to:

  • Review dosing principles, lab interpretation frameworks, and physiology concepts
  • Explore case-based educational discussions
  • Learn business and practice-building strategies relevant to cash-based clinic models
• Limitations:
