Accredited BHRT CE and CME
Many providers search for an HRT or BHRT certification. The HRT Master Course is jointly accredited continuing education, with credit for physicians, nurses and pharmacists that counts toward your continuing BHRT education. It is not board certification, and it does not grant prescriptive authority.
How you earn your certificate
Finish the coursework.
Pass the 60-question final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
Complete the CE survey.
Pinnacle emails your certificate and stores it in your Learn at Pinnacle account. It stays yours for good.

What is an HRT course?
An HRT course teaches clinicians how to evaluate, prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy. The HRT Master Course covers male, female and thyroid hormone therapy, the adjunct hormones and the metabolic physiology underneath them, as jointly accredited continuing education.
Who is this course designed for?
Licensed prescribers and the rest of the care team: nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians and pharmacists. It suits providers who are new to hormone therapy and those who already prescribe and want one framework that ties their training together.
Is this course right for me if I am new to HRT or already practicing?
Yes. If you are new, the course starts with physiology and builds from there. If you already prescribe, it connects the protocols you use to the mechanisms underneath them.
Does this course provide CEUs, and how are they granted?
Yes, 30 CE hours, with 12 in pharmacology. Finish the coursework, pass the 60-question final exam with 80% or higher and complete the CE survey. Pinnacle emails your certificate and stores it in your Learn at Pinnacle account, where it stays yours for good.
Is this an HRT or BHRT certification?

Should I take an online or a live BHRT course?
The Master Course is online only and self-paced, with three years of access. HRTU Live is our in-person conference, a separate event from the course.
How long does the Master Course take to complete?
It is self-paced. The course holds more than 25 hours of video, and you have three years of access to work through it.
What is included in the Master Course, and are modules sold separately?
Six clinical modules, 30 CE hours, 13 workbooks, clinical guides, patient forms, chart notes, templates and the app. The Women's HRT and Men's TRT training pathways are included with the Master Course and are not sold separately.
