Clinical education for licensed providers.

Built on physiology, not protocols.

Jointly accredited continuing education in hormone and metabolic medicine for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians, and pharmacists. We teach the physiology underneath the protocol, so your reasoning holds when the labs are normal and the patient is not.

Jointly accredited with Pinnacle Conference, LLC by the ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC. One activity carries credit for the whole care team.

Programs built around how you practice

Two accredited courses, two training pathways and one in-person event, with credit shown for each license and each clinical area mapped to the modules that teach it.

Most clinicians were never formally trained in hormone therapy.

You learned fragments. Lab ranges. Isolated protocols. Opinions that conflict. In practice the questions are different: symptoms that do not match labs, patients who do not respond as expected, hormones interacting with thyroid, insulin, cortisol, and sleep.

HRT University® exists to organize that complexity so you can practice with steadiness. Every course, article, and live event is built around four commitments.

Live clinical education, in the same room

HRTU Live brings providers together for physiology-based teaching and practical application. Two days with the faculty, the cases, and the colleagues you otherwise only meet online.

Built by a practicing clinician. Run by a team.

HRT University was created by Nico Misleh, MSN, FNP-C, after seeing the gap between fragmented hormone education and real clinical demands. Today it is built and taught by a team: clinicians who still see patients, educators who shape how the material is taught, and the people who answer your questions inside the course and meet you at HRTU Live.

What providers say about
HRT University

Questions providers ask first

The short answers. Each program page carries the full detail, and the team answers the rest.

Do I need hormone experience before I start?

No. The Master Course begins with metabolic and endocrine physiology and builds from there. You do need clinical experience and a license to prescribe. Providers already prescribing use the course to replace fragments with a framework.

If you treat hormones at all, the Master Course. If your question is specifically GLP-1 selection, titration, or discontinuation, start with GLP-1 Optimization. The two are designed to work in either order.

It is jointly accredited continuing education, and the certificate reflects completed CE credit. It is not board certification. Your scope of practice is set by your license, not by a course.

Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physicians, and pharmacists. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC, so one activity carries credit for the whole care team. The Master Course carries 30 CE hours including 12 pharmacology; GLP-1 Optimization carries 6 CE hours (6RX).

No. Both are pathways through the Master Course rather than separate courses. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone interact with thyroid, cortisol, and insulin, so the metabolic, thyroid, and adjunct modules make the women’s and men’s content work rather than pad it out.
